Are you experiencing a lack of hot water?

Please follow the steps below (it might be the quickest and easiest way to fix your problem):

  1. Check the fuse box to make sure none of the fuses have been tripped. (All the switches should be pointing upwards)
  2. Check that the water is turned on at the mains. The main tap is usually located in one of the kitchen cabinets (particularly if you have a built in kitchen) or under the sink.
  3. Is there any error code being shown on the water heater? If yes please include this information in your ticket.
