Have you notice any missing kitchen appliances? Is there some small damage in the kitchen or bathroom areas?
All equipment such as dishes, cutlery or small electronic devices in the common areas is provided by us when our apartments are made available. This is one-time, standard equipment, which we expect our tenants to take care of during their stay with us. If inventory is damaged or lost due to negligence or misuse, the costs of repair or replacement can be divided between the tenants. If you just moved into the apartment and such small items need to be replaced or supplemented or if they are defective despite careful use, please feel free to contact us using the widget at the bottom of the page.
