What was your flat like when you moved in?

Is anything missing from your room or at move in? Do you have damaged inventory? Are the common areas of your flat not in a good condition?

If you notice damaged or missing inventory in your room, please let us know within 48 hours of collecting your keys through the inventory form you received along with your key handover confirmation email. We will then take care of the issue without any cost to you. If damaged or missing inventory is reported more than 48 hours after you collect your keys, we must assume that the issue was not present when you moved into your room and that you are responsible for it. We will still be happy to take care of the issues for you.
